gowing old

I saw this and thought i should share it all with you.

We do not stop playing because we grow old.
We grow old because we stop playing.

So for those of you out there who are over 40 keep this in mind and it really works,jamie who is 13 thinks this is true as his mates of the same age think i'm a pretty cool mum.( yipee i have not become a fumpy old mum yet).
